993 competition parts
Every reviewed entry that fits a 993, in one place: 567 parts from 82 makers, 332 of them with a photograph on the maker’s own page, and 339 stating a lightweight material. The emphasis throughout is mass — what a part weighs, what it replaces, and who was willing to say.
The 993 is the last air-cooled 911, and the last one whose competition bodywork you can still buy new. The GT2 was homologated with composite wings and a composite rear deck; the GT2 Evo went further. Thirty years on, the moulds are still in use in Germany and Spain, and the same panel is offered in glass fibre, in carbon/Kevlar and in carbon so the buyer can choose where on the price-to-mass curve to stop.
Masses here are the maker’s own published figures, never ours and never measured. Where a listing also states the factory mass the part replaces, both numbers are shown and the difference between them is the only arithmetic on this page. A part whose maker never published a mass simply has no mass — the gap is the honest answer, not a missing feature.

Rarely a panel, almost always a fastening: studs, retainers, belt eyes. Small parts, but they sit where steel is heaviest per unit of work done.

Printed
Almost nothing on this car is additively manufactured, and the count says so: 2 entries. That is not for want of looking. The composite houses hand-lay their panels, the fastener makers machine titanium bar, and Porsche Classic’s own printed range — selective laser melting for metal, laser sintering for plastic — was introduced around the 959 release lever and a 964 crank arm, with nothing published for the 993.
What does exist is repair and trim work: small polymer pieces for the parts that crack, sold finished by two one-person shops and published as files by several enthusiasts. Printable files are kept out of the catalogue on purpose and live on thefiles page — a printed trim tab and a carbon door are not the same kind of claim, and mixing them would let one borrow the other’s standing.
