Printable files

Community-published models for 911 trim and convenience pieces. These are a different thing from the parts catalog, and the distinction is the point.

Not performance parts. No public files exist for the printed titanium parts in the catalog, and none are coming — the geometry is the product, and making one needs laser powder bed fusion in titanium rather than a desktop printer. Everything here is a clip, tab, holder or bracket. Nothing structural, and nothing in the exhaust, brake or suspension path.
Part Fits Source Licence
Cupholder tensioner, 997 / 987
Replacement for the tensioner in the dash cupholder assembly, a well-known failure point that Porsche sells only as part of a costly assembly.
Author recommends ABS or another temperature-tolerant filament rather than PLA, since the part sits in a dashboard that gets hot. A stronger variant is published alongside the standard one, and the design retains tension by friction so it still works if the original spring is missing.
997
Also fits the 987 Boxster/Cayman, which shares the assembly.

On licences

Every entry above is marked check on page because the licence has not been read on the model listing. Models on these repositories carry varying Creative Commons terms, and the non-commercial ones cannot be sold as prints. Read the licence before doing anything beyond printing one for yourself.

Files are linked here, never copied. Mirroring them would strip the authors’ terms and attribution.

Much of this index came from the 911uk.com 3D printing directory , which is the best community starting point.
