Ordinary visits

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes network and request information needed to deliver pages, mitigate abuse and operate its infrastructure. Its handling of that information is described in theCloudflare privacy policy.

Cloudflare Web Analytics may be enabled to provide aggregate page, referrer, country, device and performance measurements. Cloudflare states that this product does not use cookies and does not collect or use visitors’ personal data. It is used to understand which parts of the site are useful, not to follow a person across websites.

Forum accounts and posts

Firebase Authentication, operated by Google, processes your email address and password for registration and sign-in, and sends verification and password-reset emails. Its processing is described in theFirebase privacy information. The forum stores your handle, email address, Firebase identity and account metadata in a dedicated Cloudflare D1 database. It does not store new passwords; legacy password hashes are removed after verified account migration. A session token keeps a member signed in. Handles and posts are public; email addresses and authentication records are not displayed publicly.

The connecting address is used for short-window abuse controls on registration, sign-in and posting. Forum records are kept separately from the regenerated parts catalogue. Contact the address above to request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Public posts may need to retain a deletion marker so that existing discussions do not become misleading.

Advertising

Selected engine articles use Google AdSense to support this independent site. Google's tag and published Privacy & messaging consent manager load on those articles and on our privacy and cookie pages. Other pages do not load our advertising tag. Google receives request information such as your IP address and browser information when its services load; advertising cookies, device identifiers and partner processing depend on the choices and purposes described in the consent message.

Visitors in Switzerland, the EEA and the United Kingdom can consent, refuse or manage individual choices. This pilot does not request an ad after refusal. Accepting is not required to read the site. Use Privacy and cookie settingsat any time to review or withdraw consent. Google's review and available inventory also determine whether an ad can appear; integration does not guarantee ad delivery.

The message lists providers, purposes and retention information. See alsohow Google uses information from partner sitesand the Google privacy policy, including information about international processing and your privacy controls.

Catalogue and research pages link to manufacturers, sellers, forums and other source sites. Following one of those links gives the destination site its own request data and makes its privacy terms apply. PorscheFanatics does not embed vendor social-media feeds or copy their tracking code into its pages.
