935 cylinder-head research

Partial reconstruction from the original scan. The exact head variant, material and physical scale remain unknown.

Research session: 26–27 September 2026. Published 28 September 2026.

What was reconstructed

The project targets the Wolfe head scan identified as a 935 reference. Photographs of an FVD 993 GT2 Evo head were used only for visual comparison; their dimensions and material were not transferred to the model.

These are computational results on the scan, not measurements of a physical part. Interpolated patches do not recover missing observations. This is neither a complete head solid nor a manufacturing release.

Controlled source findings

Wolfe's product description identifies a head intended for a 935 race car and supplied as an OBJ scan. It does not establish the precise variant, dimensional uncertainty or scale of our file.

Wolfe describes the head as billet. Xtreme describes its current head programs as lost-wax cast RR350 aluminium with HIP processing. This difference remains unresolved; the filename alone does not prove that our part belongs to those programs.

Porsche distinguishes several 935 variants. The 935/78 used water-cooled four-valve heads. That history does not identify this scan as a Baby, K3, K4 or Moby Dick head.

Xtreme's workshop capabilities include port/chamber digitisation and flow testing. Equipment capability does not supply the missing geometry or measured flow values for this part.

Research downloads

24 OpenClaw agents used the same local Nemotron model, working two at a time. Their source URLs were supplied by the operator. They are not 24 independent expert confirmations. Eight retries were required; incorrect variant identifications and unsupported engineering conclusions were rejected in the controlled synthesis.

The English mission summaries identify claims rejected during review. They are not verbatim translations of the original unapproved French outputs, which remain in the private archive. Use the controlled synthesis for conclusions. Raw scans, vendor photographs and scan-derived STEP/USD files are excluded from public downloads because public redistribution rights have not been established. The owner's private GitHub archive retains the derived CAD and inspection renders.

What is needed next

Identify the head's manufacturer, reference and revision; obtain physical reference dimensions and the scan export unit; then measure the cylinder register, stud pattern, valve seats and guides, chamber and internal passages. No fitment, structural, thermal or manufacturing validation is claimed.
